Service Description

Join our fantastic Pole Fitness Beginners Course and discover your inner aerialist! Mondays in June, 18:30-20:00 - 4 classes 1.5h each (total 6 hours). Explore the world of pole fitness in a supportive and empowering environment. You'll learn the basic techniques of pole dancing and create a stunning routine with the same group of people across multiple sessions. Coach: Liza Garden Language: RUS Liza will not only help you reach new heights but also improve your overall health and posture! She has been into Pole Fitness for over 15 years and teaching for more than 5 years. She's a real PRO in this stuff! What's cool is that she's also done performances, competitions, and air shows. Her achievements inspire our students to aim high. Liza has super useful knowledge and is always happy to share it with you! Join DEESSE Studio and unleash the feminine side of you.
