Complete 60-minute stretching session focused on loosening up your muscles, improving their flexibility, and building endurance.

Goal: to improve flexibility of the whole body and to maintain high performance in both daily and sport life.

Result: by regularly attending stretching classes, you will keep our joints and spine mobile and youthful. You will be able to look young, breathe fully and enjoy life to it's finest.

Comfy clothes, but not too loose. Ideally your body curves should be visible. You can wear leggings, jumpsuits or shorts with any kind of top or T-shirt.

Monday - 11:00 and 19:00

Tuesday - 11:00 and 19:00

Wednesday - 11:00 and 20:00

Thursday - 13:00 and 20:00

Sunday - 15:00 and 19:00
