
Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates is a "smart" workout on a special machine with springs and a sliding platform. It helps you strengthen your deep (hidden) muscles, improve posture, and receive a perfect body with no heavy impact on your joints.
Goal: to build strong deep core muscles, improve posture, increase flexibility, gain better body control or recover.
Result: a healthy and “lifted” body, easier movement, a younger look, and visible muscle tone after just a few sessions.

Outfit:
Comfy clothes, but not too loose. Ideally, your body lines should be visible. This helps the coach guide your movements in the best way.

💡 Reformer is not a replacement for your favourite sport activity. It’s a powerful tool to improve your results. It’s the perfect addition for anyone who needs to improve body control, balance, joint mobility and wants to prevent injuries.
If you dance — please keep dancing. Nothing boosts your femininity better than that. BUT! You can double or even triple your results by adding Reformer training. Reformer is also great for people who do golf, padel, tennis, gym enthusiasts, runners, bikers etc).
